I have been inspecting homes for prospective buyers in New York State for more than 10 years. I have inspected hundreds of homes in the Hudson Valley. I have had an interest in the real estate field most of my life. I have an eye for details, communicate well and enjoy the challenge of running my own business.

Also, having worked in the home improvement field for over 35 years gives me the advantage over my competitors. I am able to understand the interdependent systems in a home, evaluate different components and recognize potential problems. I have been a general contractor as well as renovating and building my own houses. I am well experienced in reading or preparing architectural drawings, all aspects of residential construction techniques whether it is new and/or repair work. I'm currently licensed in New York and New Jersey. I am also a HUD 203k inspector for residential renovation loans.
